      Pros

      Its a pretty laid back environment. Some remote possibilities. Management were great to work with. Everyone there was nice to work with—very minimal micromanaging. Pay was decent. You tend to work alone. Offers benefits and PTO.

      Cons

      If you're working in the office, it tends to be tough if the weather is bad.
