Always the cheepest wine at parties, etc, etc. Maybe it's connected to "no layoffs" point though. - There's the whole promotion framework, but very little clarity w.r.t how much money you will get at the next level. Some people get none, only more responsibility. - Stupid corporate "values" are stuffed into every exec's message. The only real value is "deliver, deliver, deliver, and no one will care if you're a jerk". - Attrition is very high - London office is very lackluster
