The higher management personnel will only hear what old staff said even they provide the wrong information or try to cover something bad. If you want to join this company, better follow all the old staff to do everything and don't try to change anything even you have good idea. The old staff and managerial personnel will always close their door to come out with bad idea,for example worker injured during working hours they will ask the worker to write report first then send him to consult doctor and try to push all the responsibilities to the worker.
