Pros
Working dayshift only, some colleagues OK to work with.
Cons
Clueless management, poor training on site, expected to just figure it out, manager just wanders around and shouts at you when you arent working quick enough, even though you have only been doing the job 3 hours. Nobody on the shop floor seems to really care and just desperate for the day to end. Unbelievable
