Flexible hours, excellent pay if you are prepared to work for it as is comission/performance related,friendly staff and approachable management! It’s nice to enjoy going to work and not dreading it.

Cons

Management are very young no experience and just management cause they know people. They sit on there phone or listen to music in a corner or go for 20 cigeratte breaks. Have no loyalty to you. You would have to work 5 days a week and 6 days a week.
