      - Slow-pace and good for those that want a slow-pace role - Not many - A few nice and good colleagues

      Cons

      - Hardly any career pathway - Toxic office culture that strives on favourtism - No strategic leadership to learn from - Unprofessional leader (CEO) and HR Manager - No bonus, No AWS, Nothing except a tiny increment to buy your time and loyalty. - Location is not so accessible. So near yet so far

      Pros

      Nice colleagues on the outside, you cannot even tell who is wearing a mask.

      Cons

      Low pay, poor welfare. CEO involve in everything, micromanage and scream every time like the office is her home. Staff cannot slp during break, will get warning. Eyes and ears everywhere.
