It is a family run company that makes you feel like an important member of the family. People genuinely care about your well-being. A great place to grow and have a career. Has a great support system and team environment. I've work for a number of Fortune 500 companies where you are just employee #X. At Rivel anyone can voice their opinion and be heard. Highly recommend Rivel to anyone that has an opportunity to join the team.
