      Beware positive reviews fake, CEO force employees to write good reviews!

      Pros

      Helpful and supportive same-level coworkers. Upper management? NO. Very moody and subjective.

      Cons

      - You don't get to evaluate the upper management (CEO / Director) AT ALL. Feel free to dive down the reviews and Glassdoor or Google. All positive reviews are from their EMPLOYEES. I heard that the CEO forced them to write good reviews on Glassdoor & Google. - No respect and appreciation for employees. I've seen and heard employees with 5+ years contribution left without any appreciation, employees that help develop the brand from 0 getting laid off one sidedly by the company due to "criticizing the company". - Subjective evaluation. If you're not inside the "senior employee" circle, very likely for you not to be promoted and appreciated.

      Have chance to learn many roles because YOU WILL TAKE MULTIPLE JOBDESK AT ONCE

      1. Bad chinese boss who talk BAD THINGS about their employee 2. literally NO work life balance. you will go home LATE everyday. if you work here, just be thankful if you have time watching youtube short. 3. you will exhausted. because everything you handle it your own. 4. Honestly, just dont. really.

      Good ambience, especially the bin bag. Feel free to dressup but must polite still

      The work culture is VERY VERY VERY not healty, The point is, too many things that not clear and hidden in this company. I know start up had a messy workload, but you CANT do Exploitation almost all the time, dont give us the fake hope to be the next brand specialist by doing the brand specialist thing. So sorry, very disrespectfull company.

      Hello, First of all thank you for your review, but unfortunately as we know before our HR and Marketing Director already transparently brief all the candidate on the first interview for this working culture and company DNA. Every interview session will be transparent about - company culture - Job Desc (End - End) so the full time & intern employee know exactly what is Rocketindo. Because we need to make sure the candidate fit with this working culture and when the candidate accept all the Company culture we will proceed the Recruitment Process. As for the career progression, we never promising our employee about the position in the future. What we agree it's the same as the company induction "Right employee for the right position" we seek for candidate that have so much passion and ambition about marketing.
