    Pros

    First class facilities, colleagues, company ethics, vision and products. Work life balance was also good.

    Cons

    In the commercial department there was little to no career progression, over-complicated processes and some roles had below average pay. The job role was also significantly different to what was advertised in terms of how much extra knowledge was needed and in general most roles will involve a lot more than is described. This was evident by the fact that two different yet comparable roles in terms of knowledge and difficulty had one paid correctly but the other paid a lot less and on a different lower job banding scale. Management bar a few exceptions were generally out of their depth.
