CT OFFICE: Terribly Managed, overworked staff and inadequately serving their clients

The Cape Town office is beautiful. Working 6 am -3 pm has its perfect, and there is a gym in the building.

CT Management is ill-equipped to lead, their personality types have created a draconian leadership style which is fueled by their lack of leadership experience. Poor leadership techniques are encouraged and a lack of humanity and compassion has resulted in 70% of the staff having left once new management roles were filled. The situation is made worse by there being no human resource practitioners in the Cape Town office. Micromanagement, staff manipulation and bullying on the floor is not uncommon, and disagreeing with managements processes or decisions is openly condemned. Managers personal vendettas also resulted in staff retrenchment - all while workload continues to pile on to the few who remain. Customers continue to pay for specialists, yet there are few who remain.
