Pros
• Rooftopia has a great culture and atmosphere. • The owners are very approachable and easy to talk to. • You work hard and have a great time while doing it. • Their book of work is diverse and interesting, so no two days are alike. • They pretty much custom make everything and being a small company allows you to get a hands on experience, seeing how all the parts of a project are put together. • They work with great clients.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of any. I truly enjoyed my time there.

Pros
The owners genuinely care about the people who work for them and are willing train to the right person. Employees can excel and advance quickly in this small business. There's a lot of opportunity to learn and work with a great team here.
Cons
This is a small business. Sometimes you you have a chip in to do tasks that aren't necessarily within your favorite skill set. This comes with any small business, though.
