PTO Use for holidays, have to look for your own coverage, can’t really ask for help because half of management don’t know the system. They are always expanding but if you don’t provide the services to their standards they are always looking for a way to get rid of you. Can’t trust management. They talk down to you not at you. The way they want you to grow but no support. The supervisor I had did not even want to sign off on my licensure. You really can’t complain to HR, because it is not private ! Get your experience and that’s it … they are more force on the bottom dollar than care ! Oh and let’s not forget if you do see “positive reviews” it’s because you’re “advised” to seen one by leadership because they refuse to believe the negative reviews!

the agency will throw you away without a moments notice if something goes wrong with your department, the bottom dollar rules everything, money is more important than employees, very little empathy or compassion from leadership/supervisors given to staff
