      Pros

      None, staff seem friendly but will not help you or support you.

      Cons

      Main boss just wants money, you have to sign a contract that is way over the top, you have to pay for training to just do your job. Staff are clicky and bad mouths each other. Worse place to work

      Pros

      The Team at Rosemount are young and lively. There were some fantastic characters that you wouldn't find at larger companies. Exposure to a wide range of clients from different backgrounds builds experience quickly. Able to change your role should you be better suited to a different role in the business. The Bupa Cash Plan is a useful perk, they also put on quarterly parties which were great fun.

      Cons

      Remuneration is for the most part below the market average. Notice periods are very long, generally between three to six months depending on the role. Workloads are poorly managed with little support from superiors. No ability to work from home (even during covid) / no overtime / no flexible hours. Only SSP when taking time off work. Minimum holiday allowance (20 days + Bank Holidays). Minimum pension contributions (3% / 5% but they do go off full salary). Restrictive covenants, post termination restrictions and training agreements are very onerous. There is a high rate of staff turnover which harms the team's chemistry.

      Some people can go on company holiday each year.

      Cons

      Couldn't work from home unless emergency. Not forward thinking. Main boss never satisfied and is too money driven.
