      * Highly qualified team members * One of the highest paymasters\ *( Fast , full & final settlement) !!!

      * Job Security hangs on a thread * Salary delayed to the third week of consecutive month, sometimes the month next to that * Unnecessary hostel-like rules *Behaviour of top Management * Unhealthy ambience * No evaluation of performance * Lack of Clarity & Transparency * No vision * No Training * Very long working hours ( might stretch upto late night even)
