      Pros

      New office Free lunch Friday Don’t need to come up with new ideas because CEO knows everything Chairs have wheels

      Cons

      CEO is a bully and wants to be surrounded by yes men. Told to post a good review on Glassdoor. Don’t work here if you like coming up with ideas, nobody will care. Cloud is horrible and vastly unstable. When Centene discovers this, lawsuits will follow.

      One who want to make their life miserable should join this ZOO Ruled Office (Not Even a company) since Company is driven by management with Business Ethics & Ettiquets , which doesn't exist here.

      > Poor Management > Loose Ears > Doesn't Value Potential & Good Spirit > In-fact, doesn't understand the difference between Performer and Pretender > High Politics > Unsatisfactory & Non-Friendly Environment > Insecure Jobs > No business outlook or Understanding. except, only One guy understands it i.e. CEO, rest are useless > PLEASE REFRAIN JOINING THIS COMPANY . > Departments and Functions are Ruled (Not managed) By incompetent People > No sense of Business

      The only nice thing is the office building!

      Cons

      Poor management, CEO hires family even if they are not qualified, very underhanded and sneaky, poor work-life balance, they expect you to work long hours and somehow tell you that you are exempt from overtime....these people make up their own set of rules, management has no clue how to run their departments but since they are related, it doesn't matter! CEO was IKA Systems which was run the same way, I should have listened to those reviews and saved myself a lot of stress and aggravation. DO NOT WORK HERE!
