      Pros

      Drivers and hr- admin manager drinks in office , no job securities and no personal securities in this company.

      Cons

      All managers earning their benefits, they don't interest of company's progress. Even top level managers gives invoices of personal used items and takes money by showing company's used.

      It is part of a world leading group in the sectors of beverage, packaging and tile industry manufacturing (Sacmi Group).

      Cons

      The company has grown too fast and the original management - largely still in place - has not been able to adapt its mindset to the new conditions.
