      - Straightforward communication between departments - No much stress at work although there is sometimes lots of work - There is a prayer room and parking

      - Some resistance to cooperation from some people. - Some organisational structures need to be improved - Small parking

      Good salary that's it..... Don't look at it.. hmmmm nothing else.

      Cons

      You will get fired by somebody ... Probably CEO ... He may not work with you directly but you are judged based on 1 or 2 conversation. They won't look at performance. I was fired on a day when I saved 100;00 SAR in labour deployment by renegotiating the prices with vendor...
