Pros

Full time job - if one gives "attentions" to someone in the office, Housing- decent but it depends on case to case , as well it could be that your roommates or housemates are a bunch of Neanderthals.

Cons

One would work for 2-3 days a week, witch pays for rent and utilities maybe food. The office management is corrupt, they expect "attentions" so that you can get extra hours or side jobs over the days off. This goes for decent housing or roommates, there is literally no support from them, they have no idea were or what are you going to work or your future living conditions. They do not care either. They constantly lie to you about available jobs, if by any chance you worked for them and had to leave for some reason, they postpone you so that you give up on them because they can't charge you for any fictional things. The office workers are not responding to any of the e-mails you send so don't bother with writing them unless you send the e-mails whilst you have one of them on the phone so that he can acknowledge that they received it. If you plan on going with a friend or girlfriend it could be that you get housed in different rooms or perhaps locations so that they can "milk" something in the process. Same shift or same working place ? as i been saying "milk"! Shift planners or coordinators, they all expect to "milk" you and if you don't like it well, you can always leave. You plan on getting a car or bike from them ? check the price list for repairs and first say your prayers. There are people that live 2 km out from the factory or place you are working still they get a car and others that live 9.8 km away can pedal to work because they haven't given any "contributions". If you are the designated driver or you have a driver that takes you to work and back keep in mind that you have to wait for all the people that rode with you, sometimes you wait 2-3 hours, on your time, gas and money. "A pack of shameless, unqualified, rejects" - should be the name of the company.

Pros

If you are lucky, you can get a pretty good housing.

Cons

But housing is too far away from work and driving to it takes too much time from your life. Office is not responding, they only contact you when they need something, but when you need it’s almost impossible to contact them. When something bad happens they are not helping or cooperating. Payment is too little. They are employing everyone despite their reputation so you never know with who you are living.
