We strongly believe SCJ people are able to achieve their best when they can collaborate and work together in person. At SC Johnson, we have zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, culture, ethnicity, age or ability. Within the UK, we also have a grievance procedure that is available for all employees to raise complaints and concerns they may experience in the workplace and it ensures these claims can be investigated fully and independently to address any allegations made. In addition, also have a confidential hotline that is available for employees who would like to raise concerns anonymously.
We are committed to Inclusion and Diversity and approach it with energy and sincerity. We are currently undergoing a series of I&D listening circles to ensure we understand the experiences of all employees in the UK organisation. We are also rolling out a European roadmap of key I&D initiatives focused on learning, educating, and celebrating the breadth of human experience within our organisation.
