      An unhappy experience

      Pros

      The remote working is great and there is good opportunities for travel. Some people are really nice and lovely. Pay and benefits are good too!

      Cons

      I was very unhappy with my manager who micromanaged me and was very condescending. If someone is going to become a manager they should have adequate training. I knew 3D skills in cinema 4d and animation and was keen to bring this to the design team , however I would be patronised and felt like I was at a junior level all the time. Everything is very slow paced and unorganised and my manager was an extreme perfectionist even for a small social media post and would create bottlenecks constantly. Ever since I have left, I can see how unhappy I was there. I hope it can improve as there are some lovely people there that want to make positive changes.
