      Pros

      Working for SCM Innovations taught me invaluable skillsets that I will carry into future career opportunities. The managing staff was supportive and wanted to see us succeed. The pay was great and I would certainly recommend SCMI to friends.

      No cons except you must be prepared to work hard. It is most definitely worth it.
