      Pros

      Spirit of a startup company. Can negotiate working time. Flexible working hours. Travel sites are sometimes really nice.

      Cons

      Spirit of a startup company... Even after X years. People with sharing in the company in the wrong places. Not much of a company culture.

      Really reliable and solid company, with a lot of customers in the world and a lot of commercial initiatives.

      Cons

      It is not easy to improve own technical baggage, you must improve it alone with self education actions. Few communication between the employer and his employees.
