Hugely toxic environment as most of the managers have been there for a long time and the owner doesn't take account of what those managers are doing. Offer a great work/life balance but when you finish for the day, you are expected to work late into the evening. If you take a job here, your mental health will severely decline. 30 minutes for lunch.
