This company started great but now it’s horrible. I spent 3 years working there so hard without any compensation for the extra effort and I got laid off once my project ended. You don’t get your bonus or you get a tiny percentage of it. The HR department is horrible. HR employees are awful, arrogant and totally useless.
They don’t care how hard you work, how much effort you make or how good you are at your job and you will lose your job as soon as your project is done. They will just send you a very bad HR to tell you they no longer need you. HR will decide for you when to take your annual vacations and whenever you’re idle, they will make you sign a doc that says you’re voluntarily taking vacations so they can give you a percentage of your salary. They will tell you they do this so they don’t need to start any layoffs, then suddenly you’re the one who’s laid off.
