Pros
Collaborative and fun environment. We've been on WFH set-up for almost a year now and the fun we used to have back when we were on-site never stopped even we're at home. SHIELD always ask its employees on new ideas and search within and outside the organization on what would be the best way to keep everyone productive, happy, and engage.
Cons
Organizational planning take so much work due to the fact that 100% of us are working from home. Nevertheless, the team uses different tools in making communication and planning not be a burden for for the leadership team and the whole organization.
