They paid on time.
Cons
Bad salary, no benefits, most employees are overworked until they burn out, a lot of turnover, bad managers with no skills whatsoever -except networking I guess-. The only business plan they have is to work their employees to the bone while they underpay them. A lot of night shifts and weekend shifts . No progress (you will always stay at the lowest level, no matter your skillset and performance), nepotism (the only way to get promoted is to suck up to management). Highly toxic environment with constant pressure and constant psychological abuse to low level employees. You will get to experience all the bad corporate stereotypes that you see in movies and series in real life.
