Pros

It was close to my home

Cons

Everything else. Poor management, outsource most jobs to Vietnam and Philippines just to save a buck not caring about quality. Questionable ethics in regards to billing based off what the owner “interprets” the rules to say. Treats employees like they don’t matter and much more. Advice to anyone considering working here or having your loved ones be seen..don’t, just run away.

Located in the west valley

Cons

Moved calls to a call center out of country. Poor clinician pay, very distrusting of all employees. Employees do not stay because they do not appreciate or value them.

Some flexibility in scheduling. Independent activity during the day (not confined to office)

Cons

Poor compensation. Very poor communication. Very poor support. When you need further definition or management of a problem, you have to repeat yourself multiple times to multiple people and still do not get resolution,
