favoritism is real big here, company does not honor what they preach, management is very poor, toxic toxic toxic, handles situations immaturely and poorly, half of the staff in management and HR have little to no training or experience, and kind of racist and covers it up by saying they need to hire workers who can communicate with the china team (there is only 3 employees in china)
