Pros
1) They prioritise your professional growth while making sure to have a steady transition to avoid burnouts 2) Great bond with clients from big brands 3) Small company, it you will be able to participate in campaign ideation and execution 4) Used to go hybrid (wfh on mon&fri) but it changed now sadly 5) Amazing boss and managers who will personally guide you

1) No work-life boundary 2) May get the “eye” when leaving the office on time 3) No pantry (yet, maybe)

Office is located in KL Eco city which is convenient for public transport users.
Cons
- office is super run down - manager and director are micromanagers, unable to take suggestions from juniors or new employees - salary was always late with no prior disclaimer that it would be late - benefits are nonexistent, and did not clarify during the interview process, claims made are inconsistent with what is submitted - older longstanding employees have their own clique and make it hard for newer employees to get along/get invited to "company" events
