      No medical aid No pension fund No bonuses No performance bonuses If you do well, they just expect you to do more Staff across all departments are horribly underpaid. They set a salary based on what they want to pay, not based on the experience and qualification of the person.

      You get financially punished; com, bonus or increases are revoked often. You are expected to work and be 'on' all the time, including after hours and during leave, You will be promoted or offered new roles, yet your salary and work expectations will not ever be altered accordingly. No family/personal life vs worklife balance.
