      -Some good colleagues who to share your frustrations with -Luckily I got paid (wasn't sure that would happen)

      Cons

      -I have never seen such incompetence combined with the level of overconfidence. -Strategy changes every 2 weeks, the CEO/CMO have no clue what they are doing. -Very dodgy

      Open lines of communication across all areas of the business and had a great working relationship with my line manager, Richard Goodlad

      Cons

      SMG ran out of money a few months after I started and I worked for free for three months on the promise from our CEO that the money was coming...though it never did!
