      Nice company, nice people but unstable

      Pros

      Nice people with a caring CEO. Good, friendly cooperation within the organisation. Profitable. A pleasant place to work.

      Cons

      Unstable. Management structure changes every year. Reliant on one product and product variant to product a significant percentage of the turnover. This product is now old technology. Commercial structure heavy and suited to a much larger organisation.
