Management overall is poor. Management takes part in egotistical, controlling behavior which leads to a stress inducing environment, with certain managers tattling to HR over minor issues (e.g. phone usage, talking to coworkers, overhearing conversations and reporting them). The pay is VERY low, even though the company is breaking records consistently and generating more profit than ever. The general consensus among people that haven't been here for 20+ years (when it was under entirely different management) is that this is not a place to stay, merely a stepping stone to get some experience in production/tech industry & find a decent job elsewhere.

Management are morons and lack direction. They make up new rules for things like break and lunch just to put you down. Some staff will break rules then try to tattle on others who are breaking the same rules.
