SOTAX is a good Swiss based MNC operating it's services in India. In SOTAX everyday is a good opportunity to learn some new things and gain your knowledge. Good overall support from all other departments and a good work balance place to work.
Cons
SOTAX is purely a Customer Based company. Customer and their needs are prior for SOTAX. Based on that principle SOTAX works effortlessly for providing solutions to all it's customers. Being a customer based Organization to fulfil customer needs have to adapt and respond quickly as per the call.
