Friendly, relaxed culture Not much politics, old school type of company

The ERP system sucks. Only a limited no. of ppl can log in, if exceeded, then IT need to kick those that logged in. Lots of double work, as need to update both ERP system as well as excel. There's a forced closure at year end, as well as CNY, which technically deducts half the annual leave. Leave goes by earned leave system, if u dun earn enuf leave, gotta take unpaid leave. Very high turnover rate for buyers & CS, due to workload as well as certain supervisors.
