Company is very dynamic, you get to contribute to immense range of topics and issues, and this is encouraged by leaders. Overall goal of the company is to contribute to the greater good, four "Ps" - planet, purpose, people and profit, making this great for people who take a holistic approach to life.
Cons
There is none, really if you share the company's comittment and drive. If you're driven by bureacracy and politics, SPLAT won't be right for you, there is none of that here.
