      This company is good when you start your career, you get some experience how big company works. you can be became e.g.shift leader very quickly but...

      if you want to improve something, don´t forget you are in big company and everything is controlled from the headquarters

      Pros

      After almost one year in the company, I can hardly find any pros. Maybe only the modern office.

      Cons

      Lack of respect for employees and customers. No focus on training, quality work or innovation. There is 0 space for growth and salary raises are not made based on performance but on superficial evaluation and relations.

      Good starting job if you want a relatively big name on your CV

      Cons

      Low salary, amateur level of absolutely everything, it’s as if you described what a company is to a bunch of 5-year olds and let them take it from there. A typically Czech company that started out in the 90s and mentally stayed there.
