Pros
First few weeks are truly a honeymoon period; immediately goes down hill. Free lunches are the norm for a while then the cold shoulder and nasty comments.
Cons
Owner of company is prone to temper tantrums and actually tried striking a relative who works for the company. Has no clue as to HR regulations and is very condescending and sexist. Owner of company asked a candidate if he was an alcoholic during an interview; said he was unaware of any rules or regulations regarding interviews.
