      Pros

      Challenging, medical/pharmaceutical subject matter is interesting. Colleagues are supportive. Office located in downtown Ann Arbor.

      Cons

      Work can be routine. Not a lot of time for innovation. Expectation that you will do your job without knowing much about the goals of the company. Some managers are inexperienced and don't care to honestly evaluate your work and communicate expectations. Definite emphasis on speed not accuracy of work.

      Good Data Individuals at bottom of hierarchy are pleasant and hard working

      Cons

      Management has no will to pushback on client demands. This leads to unnecessary crunch and unrealistic demands falling on rank and file. Workers get blamed for projects doomed from start due to vague SOWs and unrealistic BD promises and timelines that lead to massive extensions past timeline. Entire programming team departed due to poor leadership and majority of programming now handled offshore. Higher up leadership often demeaning and unhelpful.
