      No pros at all whatsoever

      Cons

      Where to start?! Everything is a mess! Sales targets are illusional. No sales and marketing strategy. No contract, no employee handbook, no policy, and no HR! Everything has to be checked with "upper management". Even salary pay is not on time!

      You can learn a lot here- empowering. Great location. Relaxed work atmosphere. Products are good.

      Micro management by the head office. Too much job pressure with targets. No formal training.

      - You're pretty quick to gain responsibility and learn important functions - Very accessible and attentive management that are willing to invest in people and trust them - Lean structure, decentralized which means fewer needless meetings and more focus on what's important - Possibility to travel to really interesting places, offices in many locations - Storied, strong brand in a valuable niche

      - Work load can be unpredictable but generally manageable
