Pros
Captain.tv (formerly Stream Captain) was an amazing place to work because of the interesting problem space and community. Many employees are streamers themselves. The CEO and COO are very down to earth and care about the success of their employees. They are very transparent regarding pay for each role and your career track during your time a the company. It was very hard to leave such amazing people.
Cons
Being one of two UI/UX designers, I wish there were more designers at the company.
