Pros

Let’s be real—there aren’t any. Some companies just don’t have anything good to offer, and this is one of them.

Cons

Think twice before you sign that offer letter. You deserve way better! If you have to repeat it a hundred times, do it: Don’t accept the offer! Toxic Work Environment: It's like walking into a minefield. Support? Forget it! Mandatory Trips: They plan trips, and if you don’t go? Your m oney gets deducted. It feels less like a perk and more like a threat! The CEO is incredibly arrogant and dismissive. The HR team follows suit, treating employees like servants rather than valued team members. They primarily hire interns and don’t pay them a salary. If you try to reach out to HR about this, good luck—they won’t pick up your calls. please don’t join! please don’t join! please don’t join! please don’t join!

Pros

None, well there are no pros of working here.

Cons

If you're looking to be a client, I suggest you strongly stay away from this company. They have serious bugs in their deployed production application where you can access other users data just by changing URLs, and a lot more of such things. No project that is written here is ever discussed, like what the framework or skeleton of the project will be. They are building a metaphorical building of scraps with no foundation and then they get surprised when it all falls apart. Your application might work fine in testing environment, but won't in the real world. They don't even know about ***retracted*** which will land you as a client in serious legal trouble. That's the biggest issue as a client. Imagine paying them a lot of dollars and getting an application that can't run in the real world and a bunch of legal fees that were overlooked. For current employees: Forget about all the injustice that is happening here. It's India, they will always find a way to be unjust. Focus on getting out of here. Don't do overtime if you are not paid overtime. Don't take any promises of any upper management seriously and don't take any negative feedback to heart. All they care about is getting the cheapest developer and once you start staying here long enough, they will look for your replacement unless you work as they want you to. So keep this as a stepping stone and when you start hearing little negative feedbacks about yourself, resign the very same day because that means they have found your cheaper replacement. Also, yes it is a nepotism filled company. Don't ever think about complaining about any manager to anyone. All are people who stay in the same building or know each through relations. They don't care about you. For Someone Looking to join here: Be very very careful. They will change your profile at the very end. You will be hired here as a software developer and start working as a QA. Little kids out of college should be especially careful because they are doing illegal stuff hoping that kids don't know what to do and they will you pay you less than you pay your maid. But the major problem is, the HR here sleeps all day. They have not released Experiences letters of many ex-employees even if they did things as per their norms. Don't expect to get the same letter that you can use to apply to other company. Their cries of the injustice done to them is still ringing in my ears and I haven't even started. Here are real people's pains. Hired as a Software Developer, forced to work as a QA. Hired as a Back-end Developer, forced to work as a frontend. Hired as a Front-end Developer, forced to do QA. Bribed the company's Training and Placement Department to make sure an employee joins their company at 2.5LPA even though he had an offer of 4.5LPA. If you are here for more than a year, you have become worse as a human being. Time to leave.

Pros

They will try to bring out the worst in you

Cons

Extremely Disappointing Workplace Worst! Worst! Worst! place to work. Joining this company has been one of the biggest regrets of my career. The higher management is completely clueless about HR processes and only knows how to point fingers and complain. They frequently ghost their employees, leaving us in the dark about important decisions and changes. When employees decide to leave, the company refuses to pay the dues they rightfully owe, which is incredibly unprofessional and unethical. The entire system in place is inferior and outdated, making it impossible to get any real work done or bring about positive changes. Even if you have great ideas and the motivation to improve things, you’ll find yourself hitting a wall because management simply doesn’t understand or support the necessary changes. The work environment is so toxic that it made me constantly doubt my abilities and lose confidence in my professional skills. Instead of fostering growth and development, the company seems intent on dragging its employees down. I strongly advise anyone considering a position here to think twice. This company lacks the basic respect and integrity that employees deserve, and the negative impact on your career and well-being is just not worth it. Avoid this company at all costs.
