People are extremely supportive. Office space is reasonably equipped. Work is versatile and challenging.
Cons
The process of handling the work have to be improved manifold, and the company needs to have experienced people capable of guiding the creative team in the right direction. Besides, the women in the company are always indulged in gossiping, and that too, they talk loudly without even considering how irritating it is for their colleagues!
