Mission to help addiction marred by toxic environment

On paper, helping those with addiction is the mission.

Cons

Unprofessional environment. Disorganized. Unrealistic expectation for mastering disconnected health information systems with little hands-on. Employees are disposable. Knowledge of employee at another SaVida location to be fired soon. Replacement being trained and ready to start the day this employee is let go. Position posted for the same job every few months in most SaVida locations in this state. Not upfront with employees and toxic place to work.

Started out as a wonderful place but quickly turned to a “ money more important than patients and employees.

Same as above. Patient care turned to money in more important, too many patients, not enough time and employees are not treated well.

The patients and the work we do are great.

Cons

Working 50-60 hours but getting paid for 40. No appreciation from management. Lots of promises no follow through. Only care about money and not the employees or patients.
