      Pros

      You may end up losing your patience if that is what you are looking for.

      Cons

      They make you sign the documents after you are already there. The document which mentions you cannot work in same industry for 10 years after leaving the company. So that you don't leave and do the worst job ever on planet which has nothing to do with your job role You can be in HR department but bad sales may come under your responsibility.
