Pros

If not on the help desk support team, there are many pros. It can be a laid back environment. It is casual dress.

Cons

The owner only cares about expanding and does not listen to workers with suggestions or complaints. It is a small company but the owner treats everyone like it is a fortune 500 company. Small chance for raises and if you are on the support team, you will never get a good review. The current team lead was promoted internally and has no experience managing others. This shows and working at Sabretooth can be quite miserable at times.

Pros

Small companies usually have issues with employing the correct staff. This company suffers from a high turnover caused by a general lack of leadership.

Cons

Ancient software with dead ends and inconsistent resolutions. The program needs constant work through due to procedures toward resolving a problem are different for each step.

I can’t think of any

Cons

Management is not trained in leadership or employee management. There is not an HR department. Behavior towards employees is retaliatory. Just using the restroom is considered a luxury and often you have to wait hours before being able to leave your desk for a 5 minute break.
