Pros
If not on the help desk support team, there are many pros. It can be a laid back environment. It is casual dress.
Cons
The owner only cares about expanding and does not listen to workers with suggestions or complaints. It is a small company but the owner treats everyone like it is a fortune 500 company. Small chance for raises and if you are on the support team, you will never get a good review. The current team lead was promoted internally and has no experience managing others. This shows and working at Sabretooth can be quite miserable at times.
