- Racial undertones especially when making hiring decisions - Too much uncertainty, management closes markets and stops rolling out products declare people redundant, 2 months down the line they make a 360 Decision start hiring again people they let go, start launching products in panic - HR Lacks empathy and most of the times works as if she is doing guesswork - Some roles have so many people doing the same work hence they are not stretched while some teams are stretched to the max.

Racism - This has been a common problem since I started working there. Right from having their tech headquarters based in Barcelona while we have a perfectly competent dev community in the countries they operate out of. Then hiring only white people to be managers. Half the time these managers are so incompetent their juniors end up doing their work. The people who stuck with safeBoda when Covid hit have all been fired and replaced with white managers. One of the CEOs(Alistair) is tone-deaf and will micromanage every single thing. Lack of Processes - This company has absolutely no processes. They promise perks that you never receive because of lack of them. They don't even have an offboarding process. CTO(Scott) - I had to review him separately. Scott is not only incompetent, but he is also rude. He offers absolutely no morale to the team. He sets ridiculous markers for work and won't listen when people tell him that's not how he should measure productivity.
