Fear culture and poor ethics, cultivated by poor management.

A few nice and reasonable members of staff that I have stayed in contact with.
Cons
A fear culture, with a particularly aggressive and arrogant attitude towards staff and customers. A weak product which has been poorly put together and a complete lacking to understand any business models outside of high-risk verticals. The outside payments industry has a very poor opinion of this company, and for good reason! Please avoid at all costs, this will not help your career in any way. Most of the good commercial staff all leave after a year, once they have experienced the exhausting and all-encompassing culture of doom! Unfortunately, the ones who stay, fear for their jobs and livelihood; or worse, become part of the weak culture. Please stay away for your mental health and ethical well being.
