      Pros

      Competitive Salary. That's about it.

      Cons

      No training. No processes in place. Very bad leadership. I showed up the first day and my co-worker, who was apparently supposed to train me, had no idea that they had hired someone new and did not have a training plan. Overall just a very bad experience.

      Pros

      Small company feel in the beginning, but a growing company. Lots of talk about training and advancement. Great industry to be in with little to cause slow times.

      Cons

      Mostly talk about training. Very disorganized about it actually happening as they say. Very confusing and complicated method for sales people to be paid with most geared towards a select few who are already succeeding. Change in upper Operations and Sales management a while ago has totally changed the dynamics of a great company to work for and is causing a mass exodus of good people across the branches.

      Local Team members and customers.

      Cons

      Upper management. Focus changed from customer service to debilitating procedures and cost controls. Front line staff and customer requests are completely ignored. If you want to work for a low morale high turnover company this us the place for you.
