- toxic working environment with little support from management - poor communication across the business - people don't get paid on time - paid on different days each month makes it hard when perosnal monthly bills are deducted - missing pension payments from pension pot - no meeting rooms for private meetings - not providing full transparency at interview stages (selling a dream) - no benefits. Just holiday and pension - no hybrid working

We are never paid on time and we always have to chase for our invoices. Even when we get paid, we do not always get paid the whole amount that s on the invoice.
